Week 2 Theme: Prayers for the Church

Read: Eph. 3:14-21

Reflect: Churches can often be focused on a lot of things. They can be focused on what music to play, what programs to offer, or what causes to get involved in. The apostle Paul prayed that the church he planted in Ephesus would be first and foremost focused on how much they’re loved by Christ. He wanted them to experience the power that comes with being a people who are absolutely convinced and moved by God’s love for them. What would it look like to be a church that grows deeper in our conviction that we are first and foremost loved by God? The power to do great things for God’s glory comes from a comprehension of God’s great love. Seek to know and experience His love today.
