Read: Amos 5:22-24

Pray: Our God is a God of justice, and He demands that those who follow Him become people who pursue justice in this world. Worshipping God isn’t just about singing in church or performing religious acts, but worshipping God is about fighting for what’s right and fair and just for all people. Consider the presence of injustice in our country even if you haven’t experienced it yourself—racism, sexism, oppression and neglect of the poor, mass incarceration, police brutality, etc. Pray that God would renew unjust systems in our society, and pray for greater equity for every person, especially the most vulnerable.
