Read: Romans 8:1-11 

Prayer: Praise God for the freedom that you have in Christ from your sin, guilt, and shame. Spend time praying and thanking Jesus that he did for you what you couldn’t do for yourself. Because Jesus went to the cross for you, you don’t have to dwell on your sins, but you can know that God’s spirit lives in you and He is pleased with you. Pray that God would teach you how to experience this kind of freedom today.
