Join us for a 2-week Adult Education class on Emotionally Healthy Spirituality led by Pastor Nate. These 2 sessions will be an introduction course into the topic of how our emotional health is inextricably tied to our journey of Christian discipleship and formation in the image of Jesus. In this course, we will cover topics like unhealthy spirituality, looking beneath the surface, contemplative spirituality, and other topics. We want to gain a vision for becoming a more emotionally healthy Church. This two week class will be held on April 12th and 19th at 1pm after our second service. Feel free to grab lunch in the neighborhood and meet back at church.
