Pastoral Residency
Redemption Church SF is committed to raising up pastors and leaders who will serve God’s Kingdom both near and abroad. We are looking for an energetic pastoral resident to join our team in leading and shepherding our community. This person will get hands-on experience to learn and develop their pastoral skills, and will also be integral in helping to drive forward the vision of our church. The ideal pastoral resident will have an entrepreneurial spirit that is ready and willing to serve where serving is needed, and to initiate where initiation is needed.
