About this series
This series will explore declarative statements Jesus makes about himself in the gospel of John. Each week will help us further answer the questions, "Who is Jesus?" and "What does Jesus require of His people?" The “I Am” statements of Jesus were revolutionary in their cultural context and continue to be revolutionary today. They contain radical truth, divine power, prophetic allegiance and perfect promise. They are essential to understating the incarnate Christ and the Trinity and they are packed full of revealing truth of the God-man, the Son: Jesus, sent to save and redeem what was broken by sin.
