Week 3 Theme: Prayers for Our City

Read: Rom. 10:14-17

Reflect: Imagine what it would be like if Jesus were to return right now. Aside from the joy that Christians would experience in a moment like that, how many of us would also feel a sense of regret for not preparing certain friends and family members for Jesus’s return? God’s Word puts the onus on those who believe in the gospel of salvation to share that same good news with those who haven’t heard yet. Is this a priority in your life? Do you regularly pray for opportunities to share your faith with coworkers, bosses, friends, family members? Spend some time praying that for opportunities and for boldness to share your faith with those that need to hear about it.
