Week 1 Theme: Prayers for Personal Repentance

Read: Matt. 6:25-34

Reflect: Do you ever stop and consider your anxiety to peace ratio in life? How often does anxiety outweigh the peace that you have about your life and vice versa? What is your ratio at this moment? This passage teaches us that it’s possible to live in perfect peace no matter what things you are lacking life, but it all starts with you believing who you belong to and who is taking care of your life. Your heavenly Father cares about you more than anything else in this world, and it’s He who will give you the things you truly need if you’d just seek Him first and foremost. Spend time casting your cares and anxieties on your Heavenly Father because He cares for you.
